Venice was absolutely beautiful! Every corner was picturesque and I was in photographic heaven. John and I just wandered, got lost and took in every minute as it is a very dreamy and romantic destination. While we were there, we also visited Burano and Murano for a day trip which was such a fun experience! These two islands are both known, separately, for their hand-blown glass and hand sewn lace. Burano is also known for it’s colorful homes which you can see near the center of the post. The last night we were there we were finally able to get a reservation at La Zucca. I had been dying to go there and all the reservation times were sold out except for our last night so I guess it was meant to be! The food was amazing and I highly recommend it if you are visiting Venice.
